About us

AI in every process, with a human vision.

We are a team in Panama City that makes companies' operations easier and more efficient: we bring AI into all their processes with autonomous agents and custom platforms. From Panama to the world.

Who we are

We are HumanOff. AI with a human vision.

We help companies in Panama and Latin America work better with artificial intelligence: fewer repetitive tasks, more time for the decisions that matter.

Our mission

Technology that gives people their time back.

We believe AI should solve concrete business problems and free teams from repetitive work. That is why we start with the process, not the tool, and measure every project against clear indicators.

Clarity

We explain every technical decision in business terms, without unnecessary jargon.

Results

We define metrics from the start and keep working until the impact is visible.

Partnership

We stay by your team's side during and after implementation.

Process

How we work.

Step 1

We listen

We understand your operations, your goals and the real constraints of your business.

Step 2

We propose

We prioritize use cases by impact and effort, with a clear scope and cost.

Step 3

We build

We implement the solution, integrate it with your systems and test it with you.

Step 4

We improve

We measure results and fine-tune so the impact lasts over time.

We work in Spanish, understand the particularities of the local market and support Panamanian and Latin American companies that want to make the leap to AI without depending on distant providers.

Market data

The data backs it up.

Figures from public, verifiable sources.
