Repetitive work

Repetitive tasks,done by your agents.

We streamline your processes and put AI agents to work on the manual tasks: copying data, reviewing emails and documents. Fewer errors, faster answers and a team focused on what matters.

How it works

Less manual work, in three steps.

  1. 1

    We streamline the process

Sometimes steps need to go before an agent takes over.

  2. 2

    The agent does it

It copies, checks, records and notifies, from start to finish.

  3. 3

You see it in your platform

Every task is logged and unclear cases go to a person.

Market data

The data backs it up.

Figures from public, verifiable sources.

Pick your country and you know right away. The calculation runs in your browser; nothing is sent.

50%

Copying data, answering the same questions, invoicing, collecting, following up. Reference: McKinsey (2023) estimates that current technology could take on activities that absorb 60% to 70% of work time.

Frequently asked questions

Before you start.

Which process should we automate first?

One that runs often, has clear rules and a measurable outcome. We define it during the assessment using an impact and effort matrix.

What happens when there is an exception?

The case is routed to a person with the information they need, and the automation carries on with the rest.

Do I need to replace my systems?

Not necessarily. We work on top of what you already use and connect your systems to each other.
